Common questions about billing

What does "free to design" actually mean?
Sign up with no card. Build your entire event website — photos, story, schedule, RSVP form, everything — for free. Preview it live, share screenshots with your partner, refine it over weeks if you want. The monthly fee starts only the moment you choose to publish the site for guests to visit.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. Your site goes back to draft mode and stops being visible to guests. All your data — design, photos, RSVPs received — stays safe in your account. Re-publish whenever you're ready.
Is it really just £9.99? No hidden fees?
Yes. That's the full price. No setup fee, no per-guest charge, no transaction fee on RSVPs. The only optional extra is if you choose to host a custom domain — those have their own annual registration cost, paid to the registrar (not us).
What if I only need a site for a month?
Pay £9.99 for that month, cancel after the event. Done. Your data stays in your account in case you want to bring it back next year.
Can I upgrade from RSVP Page to Event Website later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any point from your dashboard — your existing content and RSVPs carry over.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay work on supported devices. Billing is in GBP.
